Payment is due upon booking to secure and confirm the reservation in the calendar. PayPal + Credit Cards accepted.

Cancellations:

More than 30 days notice: full credit for future use. 6-30 days notice: 50% credit. Less than 5 days' notice: no credit.

Our sitter's schedules are set weeks in advance and cancellations disrupt scheduling, efficient routing, and open slots for other clients.​
